During the pandemic we were able to go out for one cycle a day or one form of exercise, I generally chose either sunrise or sunset.

Being all alone on the sea front which is usually quite busy at sunset was a weird experience, but also something very humbling about it too. The atmosphere was surreal a feeling of unknows and uncertainty of what lies ahead at the beginning of this pandemic, nothing to hear other than the sea, no cars no people no planes.

I will never forget this moment when the planet fell silent.

This was taken on the 6th April 2020 @20:05 our full lockdown came on the 23rd March
