I had a text from a friend who said there was irridesent light on the water, so grabbed my camera and found out it was a full blown storm hitting Nice in 2009. The waves were large and heavy as they landed on the pebble beach they made the ground shake. Along the whole coast area a total of 25Million euros damage was done in around 2-3 hrs. Amazing waves, glad my friend told me to go and look.
