Interesting shot! The textures in the waves are nice.
is this a partial black and white/selective colour? It seems almost entirely desaturated except for the god rays and some of the horizon level clouds.
It would be interesting to see what could be done with this image in a high key or low key way.
Thank you I believe the clouds caused the water to be the color it looks.
