Was it your intention to get the tree in focus instead of the scarecrow? A lower angle and a longer lens would help to make the scarecrow pop off the sunset and blur the trees in the background nicely.
Yes I wanted the focus on the trees/ sky and have the scarecrow be a foreground element also after looking at this you are right I should have gotten a lower angle shot.
