The forecast was great for the aurora but not so great for the weather. The sky was filled with clouds. I was wondering around for 2h and then the wind picked up. Several times the gusts were so strong that I was moved for a half a meter on the icy bridge with my tripod in my hand. The clouds then separated and the sky was just glowing above.
The shot was taken on Sirui RX tripod by 5D mark IV and Irix lens 15mm, f2,5. To get a bit more detail three exposures were taken and blended.
