A long day of hiking rewarded us with this fantastic alpine basin. A nice flat grassy area provided a prime campsite. There was something about twilight that evening. The mountains retained this nice glow till well after sunset. The next morning we broke down camp, dismantled the fire ring and cleaned up the coals. Besides a small brown spot on the dirt you couldn't tell that anyone had stayed there. I hope to find it as such next summer.
