This is shot was very purposeful. I wanted to get as close to an x-ray as I could without using the invert function. I used backlighting to illuminate the inside of the skull. This is mostly done in camera. I just had to decrease the contrast and black point and stretch the background because I caught the edges of the backdrop and had black borders.

Hi Mark. That's what I was trying to avoid. It's easy to use the invert tool to make something look like an x-ray. This one took planning to hang the skull and direct the light at just the right angle. Thanks for checking it out though!
