2.57 - "Solid"

On a trip to France in September 2012 my wife and I were waiting for a train in the Paris underground with some friends. This is our friend's daughter-in-law who was living in London at the time and was helping us navigate our way around. The image was taken with the first Fuji X-Pro1, which had just been released, and the Fuji XF18mm f2 R. IBIS may be overrated as the X-Pro1 did not have IBIS and this shot was taken at 1/15s handheld, f5.6, iso 800, no flash, edit in Lightroom, slight crop. I also carried the newly released Fuji XF 35mm f1.4 R. I'm still shooting Fuji and have owned all versions of the X100 series and X-T, X-E series. I still have the original XF 35mm f1.4 R and regularly shoot with it on the X-T5. Don't believe the hype that it can't resolve the Fuji 40mp sensor.
