Oda contacted for a TFP shoot and she wanted to have a picture in bunad similar to her grandmother. She gave me a jpeg file of her grandmother which was a scanned copy of a very old film print.
The style I like to do is painterly portrait, and while editing I got an idea to use her grandmother’s image as a prop, so I made it look like Oda is sitting in a room with her grandmother’s picture on the wall, while she posing somewhat similar.

I used only one continuous light (Godox SL100D) to light this.
