The Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge in southern New Jersey is one of the country's busiest flyways for migrating birds. This great blue heron was coming in for a landing along one of the back channels as my Olympus OM1 Mark II's Pro Capture was grinding away, catching what seemed to me to be a perfect frame.
