Took this at my first encounter with the pufins, at Skomer Island. Bought a RF 100-500mm lens to be able to take close-up shots. I stood there about 3 hours in the rain photographing these birds. Lucky for me the lens and camera(canon r6) were fine in the rain. This shot was taken at iso 6400, 1/500, f7.1 and then processed in topaz denoise to reduce the severe noise present in the picture. It was really dark outside.
Next day all the birds were gone at sea so that was the only chance I got (that time) to photograph them.
