There is a string of suburban lakes near me in southern New Jersey that have become home for more than 400 Canadian geese in recent years. Every spring for the last few, I've been trying to photograph the young goslings and many are hatching out right now. But I've never been able to get close enough to them to photograph them in really good detail (because they and their parents are so skittish of approaching humans -- even at a distance). That has been changed by my OM 150-400mm F4.5 lens with an MC-14 1.4x teleconverter.
