I really enjoy using Live Composite Mode for creative photography - it is fun, simple and the final image is rendered in camera! It works great for light trails of any kind, star trails and one of my favorites - at the Fair. It adds only new light to each exposure captured and stacks them in camera so you can see it develop in real time. I use all the masking tools in LR and like to polish my images in Color Effects Pro.
