Cibola National Forest, New Mexico. Taken May 28, 2025 6:02 AM. Nikon Zf 50mm/1.8, ISO 100, 8.0, 1/500. During the morning walk with my two Aussies - Buddy and Smokey. Shot raw with the camera set to B&W but I really liked the color to the red bluff against the blue sky. I shot in B&W raw more and more because I feel more creative when I see the image in B&W. This area is overrun with old twisted junipers/cedars. Only adjustment in Photoshop is tweaking curves.
