A bit of an older picture, I took this on my second time camping in Joshua Tree. I had a Canon Rebel T6, not super high end but all that's really needed. I found this pair of lizards with those beautiful patterns on their back chilling on a rock, and I didn't want to pass up this opportunity. I wanted that nice bokeh, but with the hard sunlight bouncing off of the rocks, it was hard to get a low f stop without ND filters, but a step back with a longer zoom got me a similar effect anyways. In the end, I was very happy with how it turned out, and a bit of Lightroom editing made this a simple, yet beautiful shot.
