The first snow stick to the trees i found that somewhat photogenic, so i went to the park trying to find a good composition, the light was great and really soft, as the sky was acting like a giant softbox.

I used my D800 with the Nikon 14.0-24.0 mm f/2.8 , as i had no tripod i had to crank the ISO to 4000.
