In this photo the bird (rock kestrel) was sitting on the hand rail of a boardwalk in a nature reserve making it really hard to get a natural looking photo, so I figured out that if I put my lens right on top of the hand rail the bokeh will blur out the hand rail and isolate the bird and at the same time you don't see it is really sitting on a hand rail unless you know it and you look for it
