After photographing the Jones Point Lighthouse for almost 2 years, it has come into disrepair. Being disheartened I stayed away for several months. I returned to find fences missing and the picket fence gate. It saddened me. The image was made with a monochrome camera and a reissued "vintage" lens that lends an old world soft look to images. My challenge of horror was overcome by the need to resee the place with my camera.
