This photo is part of a 50-week project that I participated in. Every week, 49 other photographers and I had to submit a photo taken with a 50mm lens. Hence the name 3x50 project. It taught me to photograph under pressure and to create a series. About half of the photos I took for this project are still lifes featuring a subject from nature. The photo was taken in my attic, where I have a very large window for beautiful natural light. The lens I used is the Lensbaby Sweet 50.
