Hello Fstoppers.

This picture is part of a serie i did for a tennis tournament in Portugal in 2019
Camera : CANON EOS R
Lens : 400 mm (EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS |I USM)

Exp : ½2000 sec at f / 5.6, ISO 320

It was an epic challenge to shoot high speed sport with a camera that could only shoot 5 frames a second!

I had to focus on decisive moments, it was very rewarding instead of doing spray & pray, it make me learn a lot about being intentional each time i pulled "the trigger"!

Then, for now on, i always relax and focus on the subject to tell the better story without being anxious to have not enough frames a second because i did not bought the last flagship camera with 120 frames a second....

This is a "delicious" situation for my photographer soul to immerge myself in the subject to feel it into the bones and extract best story that unfold in front of my eyes...

I hope you will appreciate this super shallow yellow "hair" floating in the air. It is those moments when you get to editing that surprise you in the flow of this super fast action, to capture this special micro-second of time !

Thanks, have a great day.

PS : It is not an Ai or fake FX picture. if you'd like to, i can send you the raw image !!!
