This shot was taken while on safari in Kenya. We had a great sighting of this leopard the night before, so the next morning we drove down to the same spot in the dark to see if he was still there. Fortunately, he was still relaxing with his kill from the night before. Then he got up, grabbed this leg of the impala and started walking through the grass and I was able to get this shot as he was walking by our car.

How did you take this photo from such a low angle?
We own a small SUV that is already pretty low to the ground. Also, the road we were driving on was a little lower than the field the leopard was walking in which made it possible to be almost eye level.

Thank you, we were very fortunate that the leopard was so cooperative with us. We have had many safaris living in Africa and that was up there on coolest sightings we have had of a leopard.
