You looked at every single photo you shot over the course of the year and thought, "Yup, that's my best work right there..."
Setting aside the subject matter, which is crass and tacky, this photo has no real redeeming qualities at all. The composition is poor, especially cutting off the object that was meant to be funny, and the colors are pretty ugly.
On top of that, the photo tells no story. It just exists as your very own inside joke. A joke that I'm guessing most people wouldn't get without reading the caption. Don't get me wrong, I love dark humor. For it to be funny in photo format though, it should be self-explanatory.
Lighting is pretty pedestrian as well.
