We were at a party with some friends on the west coast of Sweden on a small island called Flatön. The host was given a pear-tree from some of the guests instead of a bouquet. When the party had been going on for a while one of the guests, who lives next door, said he had an excavator and it was then decided that the tree had to be planted directly. Said and done, before the dessert was served the excavator was fetched and the tree was planted. I took a lot of photos of the event but I like this the best with the host and one of the guests framed by the arm of the excavator, while one of the other guests are filming with his iPhone.
The photo is shot on a Canon EOS 5D IV and an EF 24-70 mm f/4 L. 44 mm, f/8 and 1/80 sec.
I have edited it in Lightroom trying to harmonise the colors and made som dodging and burning.
