A lone camel thorn tree in the Kgalagadi desert north of nossob during winter. This tree is on a bend in the road that runs along the dry nossob river bed in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. Its presence stands as a landmark in the arid dry desert of the Kalahari. The silence and vast emptiness of the park is captured in this image where natures authority is ever present and stands as evidence of mans insignificance in mother natures domain.
The image was taken with a fujifilm XT5 and the Fujinon 100-400 mm lens, ISO 640, 100mm focal length, exposure program manual,1/1000s, f8. edited lightly in LRC.
