The engineer and entrepreneur, and the iron and metal expert Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, primarily wanted to continue to build the public transport in Paris and France. In the 1880s, however, Paris wanted it differently. Eiffel was commissioned to create an attraction in connection with the World Exhibition in Paris as a tribute to the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution. And an attraction it was... The 300 meter high tower is one of the world's most famous and visited sights ever. For me, this dramatic photo of the Eiffel tower looks nice in large. I already have it printed so I am satisfied with it. Shot with the old Sony A7r with Sigma Art 14-24mm at 14mm, f/13, 1/200, iso400.
