Started off as a snapshot I took at Shinjuku National Garden. It was harsh midday sun and there were a ton of people around so I wasn't really planning on capturing anything "artful". When I got home, I realized the way the light was filtering through the trees gave this a ton of potential. After shaping the light a bit with some masks, it became one of my favorite shots from the trip. The monochromatic look and simplicity of the image are the reason I plan to print this out as decor for my home. Shot on Fuji X-T5 with 16-80mm f/4
