This image has been created to give the sense of mistery of an unknown girl watching at the photographer. The difficulty was to obtain a perfect Rembrandt lighting. In the first version I did the girl had the skin of the shoulders visible, but I asked her to put on a black jacket in order to focus the viewer only on her face. To create a separation with the black background, I added also a subtle rim light. The image was created with 2 strobes with 2 softboxes.
