Taken at Emerald Lake, BC. I recently edited this photo again and decided to push the permitted basic adjustments further than I normally would.

I started with the Camera Standard profile, which gave me a good neutral starting point. I reduced the highlights substantially to recover detail in the clouds, then adjusted the shadows and whites to bring the overall brightness and balance back into the image. A small amount of clarity was added at the end.
