A Comprehensive Review of the Sony a1 Mirrorless Camera

The Sony a1 mirrorless camera is here, and it takes a no-compromise approach to its design that is meant to handle whatever photo or video work you can throw at it. This great video review takes a look at the camera for both photo and video applications and discusses the sort of performance you can expect from it in practice.

Coming to you from Mark Galer's Alpha Creative Skills, this comprehensive video review takes a deep look at the new Sony a1 mirrorless camera. The a1 is one of the most advanced cameras we have ever seen, with specs like a 50-megapixel sensor, 8K video, 30 fps bursts, and more turning a lot of heads. On top of those headline features, it comes with a variety of improvements over its predecessors, like the company's most advanced autofocus system ever and five-axis in-body image stabilization. While we have yet to see mirrorless flagship models from Canon or Nikon, the a1 has certainly set quite a high standard, and though its price is at the top of the full frame market, it looks to be the most advanced camera available you can get right now. Check out the video above for Galer's full thoughts.

Wow this makes the R5 look even better for near half the price.
