Hello, quick question wondering if anyone has had this problem with their Canon R5. I purchased the camera this past weekend and currently am doing a client shoot with it in the studio. I was tethering to my computer to see the products on a larger display but it keeps disconnecting or going into a locked mode and only charging the battery. I searched on google and other forums and saw trying to shoot without memory cards but this didn't help much, the camera would still disconnect and not reconnect. I am shooting from the R5 through a brand new tether tools cable into Capture1 20. Updated the camera firmware after I saw this problem during my test shoots yesterday but didn't change anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,
