Water in backlight of the sun
Took a wine glass with water and shaking it side to side so the water came outside the glass and took pictures at the same time with handheld camera.
The first time I tried this technique.

Hey Karl! This is fun. I've been watching Jordi.Koalitic on YouTube (https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC-Md_S_A6VcSJiAhStZCKbw) He does amazing work with all kinds of fun tricks. It has me thinking about shots like this one. You might check him out.
I think you are off to a good start here. I don't know that the bokeh is helping you out though. I think the droplets get hidden in it. But the backlighting works. A pickle to figure out!
Keep these coming. It would be interesting to see your progression in this theme.
