I apologize for the lack of any semblance of a joke in the header.
While Harry has been relentlessly sniffing around lately (he can always find something interesting during our walks,) I have been somewhat less inspired by what I have been shooting since Labor Day. The kids are in school (remotely via computer for the time being, but still not on the street riding their bikes or making chalk drawings regardless) and until the weather changes in a few weeks, there are only the barest hints of leaves changing colors. Hence, clouds, which are constantly changing and new.
Generally speaking, I have not included treetops or roofs so as to remove context and scale. Occasionally, I allow a bird or airplane to intrude so as to provide context and scale. I know this is inconsistent but I am undecided as to which approach is superior or even more interesting. I usually increase the contrast and saturation. I think that is because I am old and my eyesight is not what it was. I am hardly the only photographer whose work has moved in this direction as their age progresses. Digital tools have made this far easier, which is almost certainly a factor, too.
Excluding #2, each of these is assembled of at least 10 individual images shot within a few seconds of one another and stitched together in Photoshop. Except for #4, there is surprisingly little subsequent adjustment.
Grest clouds Andrew! The last 2 are particularly nice. ;)
