Springtime flowers

I saw these tiny flowers growing in the grass Thursday. I had to try and capture them. I don't know what they are called. They are about 1/4" across.
Camera settings: 100 ISO, 1/125 sec, f 11, bright daylight. Shot using a fabric bellows attached to an old Minolta film lens.
