Broken heart

I made this shoot this morning. Looks like the window was broke (vandalized) at night and later somebody drew a heart in the very middle.

What do you think? Does it qualify for street photography?

A bird I have not come across before. In my ignorance I just assumed it was a variety of Toucan.

I feel fortunate to have ben able to capture it with my lens.
