Manual Focus unlocked
When I started with macro photography I used to rely on autofocus. Did not work, as I expected. As many suggested (among others @Troy Straub), I changed over to use manual focus. These are the first results.

Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

You would generally not get AF at 1:1. I have made some videos on macro photography, this one is about the AF modes and areas...

Looking good keep it up! I love those long antenna on number 3 glad you were able to keep them in the frame and mostly in focus

You did a great job. I was given an auto focus camera and had the same problem.
