The biggest mistake I see is the location of your watermark, try putting it on the left corner since to me it looks like she's about to step on it!
Also she seems trap in the frame, a little wider to the right would help. Lighting and the b&w conversion is fine other that you could used a fill light or a reflector to light her legs better, could be done in post. Hair light could be a big stronger again could be fixed in post.
The way I see her pose and the lighting to me it looks like if you took a shot while she was posing for another photographer, she doesn't seem comfortable in front of the camera but all and all you're on the right track!

Never thought about the watermark placement, now cannot look away.
The posing was a result of me asking her to face away from camera and into the light. Looks like this does not work.
I like the backlit hair, but also would like to see more detail in the hair that's in the shadows.
