With this picture I placed an octabox on the left with a reflector underneath to soften the shadow at the bottom.

When it comes to expression, a smile is one of the most difficult forms of expression when standing in front of the camera. I often see a 'selfie laughter' where only the corners of the mouth go up, but the face and the eyes do not go along with the expression.

A real smile is a gift for a photographer, besides that the corners of the mouth go up, the cheeks will bulge and the model will squeeze the eyes.
You can not create a smile that arises.
