Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

I love the contrast of the light's tone. Did you use a gelled light, or is his work light that golden?
his light had zero effect on the picture, i just placed a stobes with a yellow gel to simulate this light ;)
This is awesome. I really love the blue/amber color choices.
