I like the idea, but I wish some details were just a bit more polished (and some a bit less so). It would be nice if the light was hitting her eyes instead of the side of her cheek; also, the small but very bright catch light in the far eye is a bit, well, almost creepy given that the close eye doesn't seem to have a matching one. Also, I would pull back your skin editing / smoothing by at least 50%. It looks overly smooth and lacking any texture, and yet there are still blotchy areas on her neck and forehead and above her eye. None of this makes it a bad photo - it's just some things to be aware of when you do it again. She's a lovely girl and I like the colors and the concept. Hope this helps!
