Lydia

It's Thursday, so I think a throwback shot is appropriate. This one comes from a shoot that I did several weeks ago with Lydia. The thing I loved about this particular image was really the simplicity of it. No elaborate poses, no fancy lighting setup, just Lydia being herself. I think that's how the best photographs are made, when all things work together naturally for the composition.

Photo is great and I love the simplicity, I couldn't anymore with you.

Beautiful photo and light! Maybe a little glow-y on the skin with the raw and retouching but it probably looks much better larger and not with the softness of the fstoppers display. :)

You have done Lovely Lydia proud. As you noted, simple and direct and very nice indeed. Her eyes are a bit excessively retouched, to me, but still they look gorgeous, fab, beautiful, fine and dandy. Also I am a pain for over-done retouching. I always ere on the side of underdone. But especially in such a simple, no artifacts image, a natural look, to a point, is what I would be want. So just 99%, this time, sorry about that.

Hey! Feedback is what this whole site is about! I always appreciate it and I always attempt to put it to good use in my future processing. So thank you for the insight! :)

Nice photo but my eyes are drawn to the unusual bone structure coming from her left shoulder and not matched on the other side

That's the second time I've received that feedback. I completely overlooked that feature during my edit. I'll make a note to double check those details from now on! :) Thanks for the insights!

Lovely photos
