Small studio setup using two soft boxes, one umbrella and three Shanny speedlights.

Attempting to get good headshots with the least amount of gear, photo taken of my granddaughter two soft boxes placed slightly behind her left and right and raised just above her head and 46" white reflective umbrella placed in front about three feet just above eye level. Any suggestions?

This looks good, but I wouldn't call it "least" amount of gear. With practice, I'm sure you can get good results with just 1 light in front. :)

Austin, Texas Blue Hour

Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.

Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!

Two from Tenerife

My two favourite images from my recent night time adventure in Tenerife. Foregrounds and skies were shot separately and blended in PS.

Any interest in this group?

Hi all, I was looking for such a group but see that although there are many members there hasn’t been a single post. Is there interest out there in getting this group going?
