Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.
Any interest in this group?
Hi all, I was looking for such a group but see that although there are many members there hasn’t been a single post. Is there interest out there in getting this group going?
Vintage Lenses
I thought I would try out my 50 year old lenses: Canon FD 50mm f/1.5 SSC and Canon FD 28mm f/2.8 on my Canon R5 with the use of the appropriate adapter.

Nice shot! She has very nice eyes! I love the hair style too. Personnaly, I would have prefered an even tighter composition (almost macro'ish) or a shot including her shoulders. Also, are those her naturals brows or did you change them in post? They look a little too perfect, but maybe I'm wrong! It also seem like there is an artefact of hair retouching starting from the middle of her forehead and going down beside her left eye. I might still be wrong, but this is my guess! Very nice picture overall! Hope this can help. :)
Thanks for the feed back :)
Yes those are her natural eye brows :) also the part of the hair, in the original photo has that shadow but it does look like it does not belong :) I did not notice it until now thank you :)
I appreciate the feed back :)
My pleasure, Mahmmud! :)
