first ever photoshoot of a child
Hi guys! So I am brand new to photography and just feeling it out and starting to dabble in it. Today I for a chance to photograph my coworker's child and I need some feedback on the image.thank you!

I thought I would try out my 50 year old lenses: Canon FD 50mm f/1.5 SSC and Canon FD 28mm f/2.8 on my Canon R5 with the use of the appropriate adapter.

It is a beautiful portrait of a beautiful kid. But what is it being used for? Comments for a theatrical headshot will be different than those of a portrait taken just for mom or grandma. For example, I love the childlike quality of the photo. The flare doesn't distract from the look and may even enhance it. If this were used for theatrical headshot my comments may differ regarding the pose or crop. Nice work.
