First time posting here. I am a wedding photographer in the uk but has started shooting a few headshots and really enjoying it. Do most of you should headshots in portrait or cinematic ( landscape) form these days??
I shot these last week of a young local actor
Thank you
Nice work Leon. Great light and a nice subtle variation in looks from your guy..
I tend to shoot most headshots for actors in landscape format. Corporate shots I generally stick to 'portrait'.
Would love to see more. cheers
Thank you Bruce. I love the landscape format and do favour it over portrait. I have a few more booked in next week so I'm looking to build this portfolio up and stay consistent with the look and lighting. Will share more soon.
Thank you
Leon
Great images!
Great shots! I tend to go with the portrait perspective when my subject is the only thing I care about, because BOKEH. But I'll go for the landscape perspective whenever the location is part of the story.
