I used curtains to modulate light like a "stripe" on her face.
I used a "fan" to move hairs.
I warmed tones for a more intimate images.

I think it's very nice, though the small bit of hair blowing under her eye seems distracting. If more hair would have blown across her cheek it might work. Very nice.
