Exposure and retouching is good but hands posing is off. Her left hand looks bigger than her right arm because she's holding it tight to the body. Also when she leans on her left arm she has to keep the arms straight or a bit bended to avoid this position.

I thought I'd add in a couple more shots from the same session. These shots were done midday in the summer. All natural light and having my subject sit or lay down on a concrete surface to have that be my reflector. Again, all comments are much appreciated. cheers.
Some really nice stuff here Bruce, my apologies I'm playing catchup I'm sorry I've been a little MIA. The lighting and expressions are really nice in all of them, and I'm liking the forward lean a lot, although probably too much in the middle shot with your chosen composition and body language. Mod the three you posted the top is my favorite, just be careful to not let them settle into their shoulders too much, but I love the engaging feel, nice work! Also for me in a headshot the necklace is too much but that could be what she wanted so all good, solid work! Looking forward to seeing more!
thanks Dylan. I really appreciate the comments and no worries about being MIA - we all get busy and need time away. I agree with the comment about the necklace - totally her call when it came to that.
