Very nice composition. I like the foreground rocks leading the eye to the distant coastal mountain. The long exposure works nice for this scene. Two suggestions, one can be done easily and that is to crop the top as all that sky is not adding much. The second requires a re visit to get the rocks in the foreground in better focus as they are a bit soft. I cant see any shot details so I cant be specific but in general one of three approached would work
1. set up the shot with camera and lens set to the hyperfocal focus point
2. use a tilt lens
3.focus stack multiple images taken with the focus range needed to get everything spot on.
