I took some of the comments from the first image I posted and started over in LR and PS. I ended up learning a lot from this one. I think this is a much better quality image than the original. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Much much better, well done. The earlier one was very gritty and this has lost that degraded feel. Also I seem to think the vertical line, mast, flag pole or whatever, near the centre was doubled in the other version whereas here it is a clean single image.
