Beach hut - critique please

Hi all,
It's been ages since I've posted a photo for critique in this group so firstly I hope you're all well! I was hoping for some cc on this shot please. I took it handheld and resisted doing a long exposure because I loved the way the clouds were looking. Thanks!

One thing that is really throwing me off is the fact that the horizon//hut is not level. It is slight, yet the first thing that I noticed when I looked. May have also been better if it was just the single hut, although I am not too sure.

I do like the black and white conversion, however :) Also, might I suggest trying to use a tripod when you are doing landscapes? While it slows you down, it also allows you to think of the shot you truly like and you will notice if it isn't level, or if a different composition would be better.

Hope that helps :) Keep shooting

Hi Cody, thanks for the critique. The horizon is level but there's an island on the horizon and the beach behind it was a kind of dune of shingles. Plus added to that the hut itself was a bit wonky, which throws the eye off. That bugs me as well! I usually use a tripod when shooting landscapes but it was impractical in this circumstance (I was standing in the entrance to a busy car park! ). I'm in two minds about the composition myself, I was trying to get a kind of leading line with the roofs on the neighbouring huts but I'd love to hear some more thoughts on that.
