first of all, I thik that this is a solid image. The scenery is great and i think that the diagonal lines are what makes this image good. For me the main subject of this photograph are the trees and the peak of the mountain in upper middle of the frame. What i would have done differently is this: Maybe shift the camera a bit more to the right, or crop the left quarter of the image away, because there is nothing interesting that needs to be in the image. And maybe give the mountain peak a bit more room above it.
